About me

I offer caring, precise, collaborative bodywork grounded in respect for the body’s capacity to integrate experience, reorganize, and heal.

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. My initial training was at the Brian Utting School of Massage, where I received a strong foundation in therapeutic massage, injury treatment, anatomy, and skilled hands-on care.

Over time, my practice has grown toward increasingly precise, listening-based bodywork. My work as a doula led me to explore new ways of supporting fertility and reproductive health, and I became interested in helping the body resolve patterns of tension, compensation, and adaptation once they are no longer protective.

Today, my work explores how skillful manual therapy can support the body’s ability to express health. Rather than applying a standard routine, I choose the therapeutic tools most appropriate for what your body is presenting during the session.

I am a Certified Arvigo® Maya Abdominal Therapy Practitioner and have completed advanced training in Maya Abdominal Therapy for fertility, preconception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. My studies in this lineage included travel to Belize and elsewhere to study with Rosita Arvigo, and gave me important tools for supporting reproductive, digestive, and pelvic health.

I have also pursued advanced study in myofascial balancing, craniosacral therapy, visceral therapy, scar tissue release, and advanced intraoral work. These approaches have refined my work, helping me listen more accurately and respond more precisely to each person on my table.

Intraoral Massage

I hold a Washington State intraoral massage endorsement. This allows me to perform specialized work inside the mouth as part of massage therapy treatment.

Intraoral work can be helpful for TMJ dysfunction, jaw tension, headaches, migraines, facial tension, sinus and ear drainage concerns, breathing restrictions related to facial and jaw tension, and other patterns involving the jaw, head, face, neck, and cranial base.

This work is always done with clear consent, gloves, attention to hygiene and safety, and respect for your comfort and pacing.
